Serotta Cycling Service Professionals Network, open invitation.

Ballston Spa, NY. Serotta Cycling is in the process of establishing a first-of-its-kind, peer-reviewed network of service professionals to provide bike fitting, maintenance and related support services to new, returning and current Serotta customers.

The first step in building each cyclist's perfect bicycle starts with a conversation - the best way to understand each cyclist's individuality. The same level of personal attention follows through in every step of each new bicycle - from the start of a new client relationship, through delivery, and in the many rides and years that will follow.
 
A key challenge in promising excellence to consumers is that there is a significant lack of consistency across the service landscape in the cycling marketplace - so many "experts", with such a mixed level of expertise. By applying the highest level of qualifications and peer review process, our goal is to provide an unprecedented level of excellence and consistency in each region that we serve.
 
Our network will be comprised of regional 'teams' each bringing together a matrix of options including brand ambassadors, individual independent providers, private practices and select specialty retailers. Together, our network team will offer our customers an unprecedented level of excellence and consistency in service along with options to best suit their personal schedules and needs.
 
Professional Bike Fitters, Physical Therapists, Coaches, Trainers and Podiatrists, Mechanics, Specialty Retailers, et al, who would like to be considered for membership in the Serotta Cycling Service Professionals Network should send a detailed CV to team@serotta.com.  In the email subject write: Your Profession (ie Bike Fitter, etc), network application. Please allow two weeks for initial response. 
 
Please note, these are not positions of direct employment, but will be limited contractual and/or referral relationships.
