CONNECT
The story of each custom Serotta begins with you. The first step is to schedule a conversation so we can get to know you as a cyclist and understand what fuels your desire for a new Serotta.
DESIGN
After you've discussed your new Serotta with us and secured your place in line with a deposit the real fun begins. Our team will work closely with you to formalize all the details around bike fit, performance attributes, build, paint finish and logistics options. Once compiled, Ben himself reviews the information and begins the design process. Within 10-15 business days after all the information has been received, Ben will contact you to personally review the package with you.
BUILD
Prior to scheduling your Serotta for manufacture and assembly you will be provided the opportunity to make any final changes to your order. Then, with your approval and final payment your new Serotta will be scheduled into our workshop and we’ll provide an updated target completion date.
RIDE
The most important aspect of your new Serotta is the way it rides. It will become your new cycling soulmate. If this is your first Serotta, you'll finally understand why through the years, Serotta owners tend to keep theirs for a very long time. If it's your next Serotta, you'll recognize a unique familiarity with those that came before... only updated for today and tomorrow. Enjoy!
