Each new Serotta begins life as a conversation.

To build the best of anything, including the fastest bicycles, requires starting slowly and methodically. That’s why we won’t rush the process. You are worth it.

Our approach to doing bicycles right is pretty simple. There is no one else just like you, so each new Serotta begins life as a conversation and a clean sheet of paper. We'll communicate one on one with you, ask questions, listen a lot and then propose two or three complete bicycle options that we believe you’ll love, explain why and review any other options or questions that you may have.

Since this is your bike, no one else’s, we encourage you to contact us at any time to help clarify any details, answer questions and plan the next step. We won’t even let you pay for anything until we’ve communicated with you directly to ensure we are completely simpatico. With your decision made, we’ll complete the design and get to work. It's simple and fun for you, a bit more complicated and serious (but still fun) for us.

About our Pricing Policy
You’ll notice that absent from this web site is a long pricelist with many options. This is for two reasons. First, particularly in the current global economies, prices and currency rates fluctuate frequently; the second and more important reason is that in our experience, standardized parts lists need to be modified more than 60% of the time once optimized for the individual cyclist. So instead, based on our conversations, we provide quotations created specifically for you. This is why we also ask you to provide an expected budget range for your new bike.
